It happened in Visalia, California. A high school teacher was arrested this week on suspicion of felony child endangerment.
High School science teacher, Margaret Gieszinger, 52, of Exeter, was arrested at her home around noon, says the College of the Sequoias District Police Chief Kevin Mizner.
Margaret told students she was giving "free haircuts" and one student quickly learned she wasn't joking when he lost a few inches of hair while she sang the National Anthem. When he refused to stay seated, she started going after other students which prompted a mass exodus from the classroom from students afraid of getting scalped.
