Bo's Fine Foods released a new take on an American classic with their new Slice of Sauce.

The product is exactly what the name says it is. It is literally a slice of ketchup. Check out a picture of it below.

According to ABC7, the company started a Kickstarter campaign to raise $15,000 to produce Slice of Sauce, and in turn, they received a whopping $20,000 in donations. I guess people really want to try ketchup in slice-form.

The company says that each packet will come with "eight slices of ketchup that are separated by cellophane," and they do not need to be refrigerated.

The company was created when the owner wanted to make a "portable condiment," so he started testing out different family recipes until finally concocting sliced ketchup.

This is the perfect no-mess sauce to put on your burger, hot dog, fries, or any other ketchup-worthy food.

What do you guys think about sliced ketchup? Would you try this?
