Women are indeed winning!”

Throughout the day, teaching professionals will be on hand to provide instruction and help women who are new to golf and those looking to sharpen their skills.

“We’re honored to host Augusta’s Women’s Golf Day celebration,” said Andrew Brooks, Owner of The Practice Club at Jones Creek. “Golf is a game for everyone, and we’re committed to creating a place where women feel welcome and confident learning and growing in the sport.”

Founded in 2016, Women’s Golf Day (WGD) is a global movement that empowers women and girls through golf. Held annually during the first week of June, WGD features thousands of events in over 80 countries, uniting women through shared experiences on and off the course.

“Many women want to play golf but don’t know where to start,” said Elisa Gaudet, Founder of Women’s Golf Day. “By partnering with courses and communities that welcome them in, we’re helping more women find their place in the game.”
